Welcome to my new blog about pies. I am here to document a year of baking pies. At least one new pie a week for 52 weeks, plus pies duplicated to perfection. Yes, that’s a lot of pie.
Note: My current weight is 120 pounds. I will not gain more than 4 pounds during this project. Pinky swear.
I will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly pies. I’ll try out recipes and make mistakes so you won’t have to. I will also rave about my perfect pies and make you go Mmm….
